I am very pleased with our purchase. It is easy to clean. Lays very nicely. Is true to color. We recently dog sat a dog in our home that shed. This rug cleaned up beautifully. This 9'x12' is in our great room, and looks great. It definitely takes 2 people to get it onto the mat we purchased separately, and then a few days to straighten-up and the crease to straighten out. We are enjoying it, along with the complimentary runner as it adds elegance to our room.
Purchasing my dream rug was amazingly easy. I’ve been searching for the perfect colors/design for a living room rug for 2 years. Incredible Rugs includes both the names of the colors of the rug in descriptions, but includes individual color examples. I bought a sample first but I’m keeping it to find curtains and a couch to fit in the color scheme. I was informed of the order status along the way until delivery. Just don’t wait too long if you see something you want due to the great discounts.
My order took about a little more than a week to arrive. The rug came wrapped in a protective tarp like material which made carrying the rug to my apartment from my lobby actually really easy because I could slide it on the floor easily myself. The rug is very soft and I think looks great. It has a slight smell to it which I think is totally normal and should go away soon. The design on the rug is more even than the photos look which I’m happy about because I was worried how it would feel to walk on barefooted but it feels all even and plush to walk on. I bought a rug pad for underneath as well. I bought the 8x10 size and overall I’m happy with my purchase.
The rug is pretty. But has a small flaw in it and a dirty spot which I did not expect.

I would look at the review pictures when it comes to color. Cause it’s more red on the picture shown.
